What we collect
- Calculator: nothing. It runs in your browser. The dates and names you type are not sent to us or stored.
- App account: if you create an account in the Duespan app, we store your email, a salted hash of your password, and the equipment and contract details you enter, on servers run by Cloudflare. The app privacy note lists each item. Don't enter patient information. The app is not a medical record.
- Product update list: if you join, we store only four things: your email address, which list you joined (Duespan), the date and time you joined, and that you ticked the consent box. We use them only to email you product updates about Duespan. We have not sent any product-update email. We don't store your IP address with your signup. The list is kept in a database run by our host, Cloudflare. To stop abuse, the form limits requests per connection per minute (a short-lived counter, not stored with your signup) and uses a hidden spam-bot field. Delete your signup any time at the delete page (removes your email from every Montgomery Appworks LLC list straight away) or by emailing [email protected].
- More about the list. We don't store browser details or cookies with your signup either. Any product-update email we send will say it's from Montgomery Appworks LLC, include our postal address and have a working unsubscribe link, and we'll honor unsubscribes promptly. You must be 13 or older to join.
- How long we keep it. Until you delete it, or until we close the list; then we delete the whole list. A deletion removes your email from our live database right away. Our host's automatic database recovery history keeps restore points for up to 30 days, so a copy can remain there for up to 30 days before it expires.
- Email: if you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply. Ask us anytime and we'll delete it.
- Server logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard request data such as IP address to deliver and protect the site. We don't use it to profile you.
What we don't do
- No analytics, advertising trackers or cookies on this site.
- We don't sell your information, and we share it only with our host, Cloudflare, to run the site.
- We don't want patient information. Please don't send any.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children; if you think a child under 13 joined the list, email us and we'll delete it.
